Art Smith (chef, author, TV personality- that Art Smith) is turning 50 and he’s throwing a party. A big one. Soldier Field big. The timing couldn’t be better, considering he’s using World Festival 2010 to help him celebrate the milestone. Some of his closest friends and colleagues will be making the menu and, lucky for us, that list includes many James Beard Award winners and world-renowned chefs.
